Farmers in Uttar Pradesh are urged to update their KYC (Know Your Customer) details to continue receiving benefits from government schemes. The final deadline for this important update is 31 December 2024. The Uttar Pradesh government, under the Agri Stack Scheme, is creating a digital farmer registry for every farmer in the state. This initiative uses advanced Information Technology to link land records like Khasra and Khatauni with Aadhaar numbers. The goal is to ensure transparency and make it easier for farmers to avail of schemes like:

Dr. Jitendra Kumar Tomar, Uttar Pradesh's Agriculture Director, has emphasized that farmers enrolled in PM-Kisan Yojana must complete this process. Missing the deadline could mean losing out on the 19th installment of the scheme. New beneficiaries must also ensure their registration to receive benefits without delays.
