The Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana, a popular scheme after PM Kisan Yojana, has recently released its 16th installment. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav transferred Rs 1,574 crore to the accounts of 1.29 crore women across the state. Each beneficiary received Rs 1,250 in their account.

In August, during the Rakshabandhan festival, the 15th installment of the scheme was released, where beneficiaries received Rs 1,500, including an additional Rs 250 as a festival bonus for Rakhi.

How to Check if You Received the 16th Installment?

To check whether the 16th installment has been credited to your account, follow these simple steps:

1. Visit the official website of Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana at cmladlibahna.mp.gov.in.
2. On the homepage, click on the "Application and Payment Status" option.
3. A new page will open, where you need to enter your application number or member overall serial number.
4. Submit the captcha code, and an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
5. Enter the OTP to verify, then click on the search option.
6. Your payment status will be displayed, showing the installment transfer date and any other details.

What to Do If the Installment is Not Credited?

If the installment has not been credited to your account, don’t worry. It may take one or two days for the money to be transferred. Sometimes, issues such as your account not being linked to Aadhaar or incomplete eKYC may delay the transfer. If these problems exist, you will need to resolve them before the money can be credited.

If no issues exist with your account but you still haven’t received the installment, you can file a complaint.

How to File a Complaint Under Ladli Behna Yojana

You can register a complaint online or through WhatsApp by following these steps:

1. Open WhatsApp and scan the QR code or use the WhatsApp number: 91 7552 5555 82.
2. Call the same number to speak with a customer care officer. You can call Monday to Saturday between 9 AM to 4 PM. Calls are not available on Sundays or public holidays.
