In a major relief to farmers affected by adverse weather conditions, the Haryana government has transferred a bonus of Rs 368 crore directly into farmer’s accounts. This compensation aims to help farmers recover from crop losses caused by unpredictable weather during the Kharif-2024 season.

The compensation has been given to farmers whose crops were damaged due to extreme weather conditions. Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini emphasized that the government is committed to prioritizing farmer’s welfare. He stated, "To support our farmers during these challenging times, we have decided to provide Rs 2,000 per acre for horticultural crops affected by adverse weather."

Farmers registered on the Meri Fasal Mera Byora portal can easily check if the bonus amount has been transferred to their accounts. Here’s how:
If the bonus amount has not been credited despite proper registration, farmers can contact the Meri Fasal Mera Byora toll-free helpline at 1800-180-2117 (available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM).
