CNH Industrial has announced a major reorganization of its Global Leadership Team (GLT) to better execute its strategic goals and drive long-term growth in the construction and agriculture industries. This new leadership structure, effective from August 1, 2024, will have all positions reporting directly to CEO Gerrit Marx. An investor day is scheduled for early 2025 to present a revised strategy plan.

CEO's Vision and Future Plans

Gerrit Marx, CEO of CNH, expressed confidence in the new leadership team. He stated, "I am confident that this leadership team will accelerate the delivery of world-class products and services that elevate our customers’ experience. Our focus on quality, our brands, and the convergence of world-class iron and technology will guide our operational execution." Marx also mentioned the upcoming Investor Day in early 2025, where he will present the updated strategic plan, aiming to "Break New Ground together."

Key Changes in Leadership Structure

The reorganization simplifies CNH's structure into a matrix system, focusing on speed and efficiency. The new leadership team comprises industry experts with significant experience. These changes are aimed at enhancing CNH’s ability to deliver high-quality products and services while ensuring long-term growth.

Segment Heads of Agriculture, Construction, and Financial Services

• Agriculture: CEO Gerrit Marx will take direct responsibility for the Agriculture segment, combining his previous role as President of Agriculture.
• Construction: Humayun Chishti has been appointed as President of Construction. Chishti, who joined CNH in 2002, previously served as the Finance Business Partner for Construction.
• Financial Services: Douglas MacLeod continues as President of Financial Services, with over 15 years at CNH.

Regional Leadership for Targeted Growth

The newly appointed Region Heads will oversee the financial performance and commercial execution of the Agriculture segment in their respective regions:

• North America: Vilmar Fistarol, with over 30 years at CNH, continues as President of North America.
• EMEA: Carlo Alberto Sisto remains President of EMEA, having joined CNH in 1998.
• Latin America: Rafael Miotto, with over 20 years at CNH, is confirmed as President of Latin America.
• Asia Pacific (Excluding India): Luca Mainardi, previously China Country Manager, is appointed as President of Asia Pacific.
• India: Narinder Mittal takes on the role of President of India. Mittal joined CNH in 2016 as India's Country Manager.

Functional Leadership for Strategic Execution

CNH has appointed key leaders to drive its commercial, technological, and operational strategies globally:

• Stefano Pampalone: Agriculture Chief Commercial Officer, previously President of Construction.
• Oddone Incisa: Chief Financial Officer, with over 25 years at CNH.
• Jay Schroeder: Chief Technology Officer, with over 30 years at CNH.
• Carlos Santiago: Chief Manufacturing Officer, overseeing the CNH Business System.
• Tom Verbaeten: Chief Supply Chain Officer, with CNH since 1994.
• Chun Woytera: Chief Quality & Customer Advocacy Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer.
• Kelly Manley: Chief Human Resources Officer, with CNH since 2021.
• Roberto Russo: Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, with over 35 years at CNH.

The Internal Audit function, led by Glenn Robertson, will report directly to the Audit Committee of the CNH Board of Directors, ensuring oversight and governance. This new leadership structure and strategic focus are expected to enhance CNH's growth and position in the competitive landscape of the construction and agriculture industries.
