To qualify for the scheme, 80% of the self-help group members must belong to the Scheduled Caste or Neo-Buddhist category, and the Chairman and Secretary should be from the Scheduled Caste. A subsidy of Rs 3.15 lakh will be granted for tractor purchases, and self-help groups exceeding the set target will be selected through a lottery system.

The application process involves filling out accurate information online, with valid applications being certified through the signatures of all members. In case of more applications than the set target, beneficiaries will be selected through a lottery. The subsequent steps include submitting bill receipts and vehicle licenses, ensuring transparency in the selection process.

Several documents are required for subsidy approval, including an Aadhar card, Voter ID, bank passbook photocopy, passport-sized photos, caste certificates, group member certificates, address proof, and mobile numbers. Additionally, the farmers must also submit their vehicle licenses online through the Regional Transport Office (RTO).
