Successful Schemes from Madhya Pradesh

While serving as Chief Minister, Chauhan launched many schemes for farmers. These include the Ladli Behna Yojana, which provides Rs 1,250 directly to eligible women each month. This scheme started just before the assembly elections and has been very successful.

In addition to this, Chauhan started the Chief Minister Kisan Kalyan Yojana to support farmers financially. Under this scheme, farmers receive three installments of Rs 2,000 each year, similar to the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Combined, farmers in Madhya Pradesh get Rs 12,000 annually from both schemes.
