The Central Government's PM Kisan Yojana has brought good news for farmers. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has released the 17th installment of this ambitious scheme. This installment has provided financial support to farmers by transferring 2000 rupees each to the accounts of 9.26 crore farmers. The total amount released this time is about 20,000 crore rupees.
PM Modi announced the 17th installment from Varanasi (Kashi). Earlier, he had released the 16th installment on February 28, 2024, from Yavatmal, Maharashtra. At that time, around 21,000 crore rupees were distributed to more than 9 crore farmers.
After taking his oath for the third time, PM Modi's first official act was signing the file for PM Kisan Yojana, ensuring the transfer of 20,000 crore rupees to 9.26 crore farmers.

Don't worry if the 17th installment hasn't arrived in your account yet. Sometimes it takes one or two days for the amount to be credited. If there is still an issue, you can:
Some farmers did not receive the installment because they hadn't completed the e-KYC process. To get the benefit of the PM Kisan Yojana, it is mandatory to complete the e-KYC, link your Aadhaar to your account, and verify your land documents. Ensure these steps are completed to receive future installments without any issues.
This timely support under PM Kisan Yojana aims to aid farmers in meeting their agriculture or agricultural needs and improving their livelihoods.
