Mahindra’s August 2024 sales report shows a 1% domestic drop, but exports surged by 36%, reflecting strong global growth.
Mahindra & Mahindra recently released its Tractor Sales Report for August 2024. The company saw a slight dip in domestic sales but made remarkable progress in its export market, reflecting its strong international presence.
In August 2024, Mahindra sold 20,518 tractors in India, marking a 1% decline compared to 20,647 units sold in August 2023. The drop is attributed to varied weather conditions across India. While the Southwest monsoon brought excess of rainfall to central, western, and southern states, key agricultural regions like Bihar and Punjab experienced deficient rainfall, impacting sales.
