Seeking Prime Land Near Yamuna Expressway

Kubota is in talks with the government to acquire 250 to 300 acres of land, particularly near the Yamuna Expressway and Noida International Airport. The company aims to leverage the excellent connectivity offered by the airport, expressway, and train routes. This strategic location ensures the smooth transportation of goods and services.

This move aligns with the state government’s Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) policy, designed to attract foreign investments and stimulate economic growth in the region. The project is slated to be completed by 2028, marking a significant step forward in modernizing tractor manufacturing in Western Uttar Pradesh.

Boost to Tractor Manufacturing

Once operational, this plant will enhance the production of high-tech tractors for farmers in the region. Kubota’s investment will elevate the manufacturing standards and make the latest tractor models more accessible to local farmers, improving agricultural efficiency.

Development of a Japanese City Near the Plant

In addition to the tractor plant, a "Japanese City" will also be developed in Sector-5, alongside a Korean City. The Yamuna Development Authority will begin purchasing land for this project, which promises no displacement issues, as the area is free from populated villages.

The Japanese City will focus on industries like semiconductors, artificial intelligence (AI), green hydrogen energy, solar energy, and the automobile sector. The state government plans to develop infrastructure in this area, including high-quality roads, electricity, and security, making it an attractive hub for foreign companies.

A Better Quality of Life for Workers

Employees working in Japanese and Korean cities will benefit from a host of modern facilities, including housing, schools, and hospitals. This move will ensure that workers and their families live in a comfortable and well-connected environment, fostering a sense of community while encouraging more foreign investment in the region.
