Kenji Ennyu brings with him nearly three decades of experience in the industry. Having joined Kubota Corporation, Japan, in 1995, Ennyu has garnered extensive knowledge and expertise. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Machine and Engineering, further enhancing his qualifications for the role.
Despite challenges, Escorts Kubota remains resilient in the market. In February 2024, the company reported the sale of 6,481 tractors, compared to 7,811 tractors sold in the same period last year. Domestic tractor sales saw a decline, with 6,041 tractors sold in February 2024, down from 7,245 tractors in February 2023. This decrease is attributed to factors such as erratic monsoons and reduced reservoir levels impacting Kharif output.

However, the company remains optimistic about future prospects. Anticipated improvements in the Rabi harvest, along with early indications of a normal monsoon next year, are expected to boost overall sentiments and drive an uptick in tractor sales for the upcoming fiscal year.
In February 2024, export tractor sales stood at 440 units, down from 566 units in February 2023. Despite this decrease, Escorts Kubota remains committed to exploring opportunities in international markets.
