Different subsidies will be offered based on the horsepower (HP) of the solar pump. Here's a breakdown of the subsidy amounts for each HP:

Farmers will need to pay a token money of Rs 5,000 when applying for the solar pump.

How to Apply for the Solar Pump Subsidy

To apply for the solar pump subsidy, farmers must register on the official website of the department (https://agriculture.up.gov.in/). Once registered, farmers can book their solar pump through the departmental website (https://agriculture.up.gov.in/) by clicking on the "Booking for solar pump on grant" link. Benefits of the scheme will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis.
