CNH Industrial has announced a major reorganization of its Global Leadership Team (GLT) to better execute its strategic goals and drive long-term growth in the construction and agriculture industries. This new leadership structure, effective from August 1, 2024, will have all positions reporting directly to CEO Gerrit Marx. An investor day is scheduled for early 2025 to present a revised strategy plan.

Marx also mentioned the upcoming Investor Day in early 2025, where he will present the updated strategic plan, aiming to "Break New Ground together."
