Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.'s Farm Equipment Sector (FES) has announced its tractor sales data for March 2025. The company recorded strong growth in both domestic and export markets.
Mahindra Tractor’s domestic sales in India stood at 32,582 units, a 34% increase compared to 24,276 units in March 2024. Including exports, the company sold a total of 34,934 tractors, reflecting a 34% rise from 26,024 units in March 2024.
Mahindra’s export sales also showed remarkable growth, with 2,352 tractors sold in March 2025, a 35% increase from 1,748 units in the same month last year.

Mahindra also shared its FY 2025 Year-to-Date (YTD) sales data, showing record-breaking domestic sales. The company sold 4,07,094 tractors in India, marking a 12% increase compared to 3,64,526 units in FY 2024.
Mahindra’s export business also saw strong growth, with 17,547 tractors exported in FY 2025, reflecting a 27% rise from 13,860 units in FY 2024.

Commenting on the performance, Hemant Sikka, President – Farm Equipment Sector, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., said:
“We have sold 32,582 tractors in the domestic market during March 2025, a growth of 34% over last year. The tractor industry has been witnessing strong momentum due to favorable weather conditions, good reservoir levels, and a strong rabi harvest. Delivery momentum picked up in the last week of March due to festivals, and we expect this trend to continue in Q1 FY 2026.”
On the company’s FY 2025 performance, he added:
“We have achieved our highest-ever tractor sales in FY 2025, with a 12% growth. This is driven by strong retail sales across the country and the lowest-ever dealer channel inventory.”
Mahindra’s consistent growth highlights its strong market presence and demand-driven performance in both domestic and international markets.
