The initiative aligns with the National Skill Development Mission and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and is conducted in collaboration with SEEDS - Social Empowerment & Economic Development Society.

Creating a Skilled Workforce for the Automotive Industry

Project Saksham aims to create a pool of skilled and certified automotive sales professionals specifically catering to the AG and automotive industry. The focus is on individuals with a minimum education level of 12th grade, aged 18 and above, residing in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, and Maharashtra.

Bridging the Gap with Relevant Skills

Comprehensive Training Program

The training program encompasses a comprehensive curriculum covering various aspects of Automotive Sales Assistant roles. From handling sales leads to closing sales pitches, effective communication, teamwork, and resolving customer queries, to after-sales activities, the participants gain practical experience under New Holland's authorized dealerships.

Boot Camp Kickstarts the Journey

To kickstart the program, a Boot Camp for theory, product, and soft skill training was conducted in Samalkha, Haryana, from 6 to 8 February 2024. The Boot Camp serves as the foundation for the subsequent three-month practical training period, where participants will work closely with New Holland dealerships.
